Elmer J Howard, CEO
Elmer’s varied career spans two decades and his experience includes projects in IT, Web Design, Bookkeeping, and Business Management. Elmer has a gifted ability to sift through information and find the appropriate solution for a client’s issue or challenge. He is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is proficient in the use of Quickbooks, Quicken, and Excel. His current passion is developing business strategies for small and growing businesses.
In addition, Elmer has done intensive training in marketing, advertising, strategic planning, and public relations, studied Business Administration, and graduated as a Certified Entrepreneur after doing sixty hours of MBA level training in small business launching and building. These experiences have broadened his knowledge and provided a catalyst to creating, developing, and implementing new processes and systems for his clients.
Elmer uses an outside the box yet practical and systematic approach when working with his clients. He is dedicated to assisting individuals, business owners, and organizations in achieving their professional goals while supporting their individual talents.
Brandon Pride, Small Business Consultant
Brandon plays a critical role in bringing the right people together, assisting with business funding needs and new business development for entrepreneurs, start-up and early stage companies.
As a former managing partner and CFO of a Scottsdale, AZ technology start up, Brandon is painfully aware of the challenges owners face in raising capital for a pre-revenue tech company.
He was able to gain 7 figure funding through private equity and debt financing for his company at a valuation allowing he and his partner to maintain majority control as well as attract an active board of industry leaders.
His relationships span the generations and include Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials. He attributes much of his success to being mentored by or collaborating with Boomers and values the combination of “old school meets new school” and the successful results of the union.
He provides cost effective plans to gain an understanding of capital truly needed and deliver proven resources required to meet a company’s objectives.

Kim Smith, Client Service Manager
Kim Smith has been bookkeeping for a variety of business to business and business to consumer companies for over 25 years. Kim’s ability to handle accounting, sales tax, payroll, and a variety of other areas has made her a great addition for our clients. Kim is adept at starting up and maintaining accounting programs and she enjoys helping business owners think through their approach to their daily financial activities.
Nicole Speth, Accounting Assistant
Nicole Speth has a bachelor’s in classics from Hofstra University and is pursuing a doctorate in classics at the University of Washington. Nicole’s degree lends itself to a great attention to detail which is crucial when handling transactions in accounting. Nicole has worked with Elmer since 2013.

Mariah Rhymes diverse specialization in accounting business relations captures every aspect of managing a business & guarantees flawless results. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and oversees accounting systems that illustrate financials that make it easy and effortless for business’ to accurately maintain clean books. She provides business management, product coordination, bookkeeping, and owner support.
